Course of the cooking lesson in Tourette sur Loup ( Near Saint Paul de Vence and Grasse)
The Chef’ YVES organise with you the art of cooking: you will be provided with all the equipment you need and with fresh products ( including flowers ) carefully selected by the chef, and you will prepare a whole menu following a topic, a special menu or a specific product, depending on the season.
During the lesson you will be able to share your ideas with the other participants or to ask anything to the chef: then, to master your cooking experience, you will taste your creations with appropriate wine.
